As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases of goods that are not considered manufactured goods at AVshop. Manufacturing goods can be, for example, a canvas produced to special dimensions, calibration of a projector or a stage curtain made to order. When returning, fill out the attached form and send the item back to:<\/p>\n\n

We greatly appreciate if you return the item in the same packaging as it was sent out in, or find a suitable packaging.<\/p>\n\n

As soon as the item is received, you will be refunded the full purchase price in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. We prefer to refund to the VISA \/ Mastercard you used for payment, but if you paid via prepayment, the account number must also be included in the regret form. <\/p>\n\n

The completed form is enclosed with the return, or the completed form can be sent to salg@avshop.no, but it is important that the return includes your order number.<\/p>\n\n
