Reference project – Extreme sound insulation in Oslo<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

\ud83d\udcdd Description:<\/strong>
This project has been described by Teknisk Ukeblad<\/em> as “Norway’s most soundproof home” – a claim we stand behind with pride. The goal has always been uncompromising silence in all rooms, and the result is one of the most complete soundproofing projects we have delivered. The project is being carried out by Hellvik Hus \/ Ringerikshus AS, while we are responsible for the design and delivery of the sound engineering by siv. ing. Eivind Lygren. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The developer has chosen to use large parts of the ProSilence concept – including sound-absorbing clips, damping compound and acoustic doors – in all zones of the home. In addition, the ventilation system is specially adapted for the best possible noise reduction and is confirmed by measurements to work extremely well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The construction work has now been completed (15.10.2025) and the measurement report can be read below (English version separately below). As expected, the measurements are very good and give the house the best A-classification by a good margin! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
