High-performance damping compound for walls, ceilings and floors
DreamScreen ProSilence FluxCore Compound™ Red is an advanced viscoelastic damping compound designed to reduce vibration, resonance and sound transmission in walls, ceilings and floors.
The compound is applied between two rigid board layers, such as fiberboard, gypsum, OSB or plywood, where it acts as a damping layer that converts vibration energy into heat. The result is reduced structure-borne sound, lower resonance and improved sound insulation over a wide frequency range.
Unlike traditional constructions that rely primarily on mass alone, ProSilence FluxCore Compound™ Red is part of the DreamScreen ProSilence FluxCore™ system. Together with FluxCore Clips™, FluxCore U-Boats™, fiber gypsum and mineral wool, a complete soundproofing system is created that combines decoupling, damping, mass and absorption.
The distinctive red color makes it easy to check the coverage during installation, contributing to an even and correct result.

For maximum effect, it is recommended to use between two layers of fiber plaster or other rigid boards:
Fiber gypsum → FluxCore Compound™ Red → Fiber gypsum
Combined with FluxCore Clips™ or FluxCore U-Boats™, the result is a design that effectively reduces both airborne and structure-borne sound.
