As a private customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases of goods that are not considered manufactured goods at AVshop. We greatly appreciate if you return the item in the same packaging as it was sent out in, or find a suitable packaging.
As soon as the item is received, you will be refunded the full purchase price in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act. We prefer to refund to the VISA / Mastercard you used for payment, but if you paid via prepayment, the account number must also be included in the regret form.
The completed form is enclosed with the return, or the completed form can be sent to salg@avshop.no, but it is important that the return includes your order number.
